Seething Airfield. A short service of remembrance held at the old control tower of this former WWII Airfield followed by light refreshments in the control tower tea room. Visitors are welcome by road or air. Times will be published on the airfield’s web site at www.seething-airfield.com. Seething Tower Museum is a living memorial to members of 448th Bomb Group of the United States Air Force who started flying from the newly constructed RAF Seething in 1943. The building now houses an impressive collection of artefacts and photographs of Seething Airfield and those based there between 1943 and 1945. It is open on the first Sunday of the month between May and October http://www.seething-airfield.com/
